Remote Client Retention Specialist

Full-time 100% Remote Client Retention Specialist Position with amazing benefits!

The Client Retention Specialist will support G.R.T. Financial in helping our clients become debt free. You will work closely with our recently enrolled clients, being their main point of contact for the first several months of the program. Strong communication skills are a must and we have found that good listeners and empathetic individuals thrive in this position as all of our clients have their own unique story.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming telephone calls from customers and following up with touch point tasks on a daily basis
  • The ability to control conversations and appropriately answer customer objections and questions
  • Deliver an accurate description of product and/or service to customers
  • Navigate computer systems to properly assist the customer and locate customer data or other electronic information
  • Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections well
  • Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
  • Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retention experience
  • Exhibits a passion and commitment to great customer service by consistently delivering excellent service to every customer
  • Intermediate typing and math skills to meet production needs of the position
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, read, analyze and interpret documents, understand procedures, write correspondence and speak clearly to members and employees
  • Must have High Speed Internet (50 MBPS) and Wi-Fi access
